All prices are outlined in the description of each type of party or event.

TK Luxe packages include up to 8 participants, with additional charges for any additional guests. Please check the package to confirm the minimum number of guests included in the package.

If we state 8 participants - this includes one guest of honour and seven party guests.

If you book a package and have fewer than 8 participants attending, the package price remain the same regardless, as certain costs are fixed.

TK Luxe can accommodate up to 20 pax in one party. For any more guests please contact us.

An Additional Guest is defined as any participants/guest who is paid for over and above the 8 pax (one guest of honor and 7 guests) that are included in the package.

All deposits are non-refundable. We understand that plans change and things happen. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made within 5 weeks of your party date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. TK Luxe carries expense as we roster staff and purchase resources specifically ordered in advance, for your event.

We can reschedule the date of your party so there is no missing out; noting any cancellations after this time will forfeit the deposit.

All balance payments must be settled at least 7-days prior to the party date.

If you have guests that do not turn up to the party/ event, there is not refund for them not attending.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure all booking.
The final 50% balance and any outstanding fees, surcharges additional guests and add ons are required to be paid 7-days prior to the celebration date.

If you book within 7 -days of your celebration a full payment is required to secure and confirm your booking.

The same cancellation policy applies to all bookings with TK Luxe.

Yes. TK Luxe will work with you to customise your party. With 25 years experience in event management we can transform the space to fit any theme, style or level elaboration you want.

Party hosts please avoid arriving too early, as we may still be cleaning up from a prior party and we want everything to be sparking clean and shiny for your party.

If you would like to arrive before your guests, we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

Party guests please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the party start time. Please wait outside and we will let you in.

Who stays at the party? Only the parents/legal guardian of the birthday guest of honour can stay for the entirety of the party (2pax). With have an experienced team running the party.

We ask that all other parents and adults enjoy the time and seek out a coffee at nearby coffee shops.

When do we return to collect our kids? We do ask that parents return 5- minutes before the party ends to be ready to collect your child. Our staff will let you in just prior to the end of the party.

A TK Luxe custom manicure includes a hand soak, guests can choose if they would like to file their own nails, our team will paint finger nails and hand cream is given to guests to apply.

TK Luxe recognises that some guests may or may not want to make use of all inclusions of the TK Luxe custom manicure and leaves the decision with the guests on the day of the party.

Pamper Products:
Please check the list of pamper products and their ingredients that will be used for pamper parties and events to ensure they do not contain any allergens that guests may be personally allergic to.

Food & Drink:
We can arrange for gluten free, diary free and vegan food options, for other dietary requests please contact us. We are a nut free venue.

Although every precaution has been taken to ensure menu items are allergen free as requested in writing, certain items may still contain traces of allergic ingredients as they are prepared in facilities that also process milk and egg products, nuts and products containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, soybeans, lupin, sesame seeds and other allergens as this is not a limited list.

Please inform the supervisor of any life threatening allergies prior to the party and by filling in the pre-party consent that is required by all attending TK Luxe.

If an allergy requires an EpiPen or meidacation to be carried, a parent or legal guardian must stay for the duration of the party and bring any necessary medication, including an EpiPen. A fist-aid trained staff member on every party but the use of Epipens or any medications is the responsibility of the parent/guardian throughout the event and any treatment.

All parties will start at the time they are booked for. We have multiple parties per day and run to a very tight schedule. So if your party time is 9.30am to 11.00am then the 1.5 hours of party time will start at 9.30 am and must finish at 11.00am regardless of the time you arrive.

Please ensure you arrive 10 mins prior to your party start time so we can check you in and you are ready to receive your guests.

Yes, TK Luxe welcomes all guests who love luxe and pampering.

Yes, children under 4 are welcome to attend a party. However, the parent or legal guardian of the child and the child must be comfortable being left in the care of the host parent.

The host parent takes full responsibility for the child during the party. Our staff remain available to party guests, but their primary focus is on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children while running the event.

Younger children can attend when booked for a Mum and Me , Dad and Me, high tea party/ event.​

7 years of age is the minimum age to attend a school holiday program.

TK Luxe has a sister company, TK Teepees who do offer a mobile in home pamper party service and a DIY service.

Everyone attending a TK Luxe party/ event will need to fill in a pre party consent form (no consent form no party/event attendance).

TK Luxe does not have dedicated storage for prams or pushers. We recommend keeping these to a minimum inside the venue, except for Mums & Bubs celebrations or approved custom parties.

Wheelchair access is available via the main entrance. Please note there are two small steps from the footpath up to the front doors.

Please note that you, as the person booking the Party, is referred to as “the Hirer”. In booking your event at TK Luxe it is assumed that you have read and accepted these terms as set down in the Hire Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF HIRER FOR CHILDREN AND GUESTS

The wellbeing of children and guests attending TK Luxe is the responsibility of the Hirer.

DAMAGE TO TK LUXE

Any damage to the TK Luxe venue equipment, decorations, or facilities incurred during a party is to be paid for by the Hirer.

DAMAGE / LOST PROPERTY

TK Luxe accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any person, personal items or other items left on the premises prior to, during, or after the Party. The Hirer indemnifies TK Luxe against any such claim, action, loss, or damage.

PRESENTS

It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure all presents and gifts are collected at the end of the Party. The Hirer indemnifies TK Luxe against any such loss or damage to presents and gifts. TK Luxe will hold lost property items for up to 14-days at which time will be discarded if unclaimed.

ISSUES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

TK Luxe reserves the right to cancel or postpone parties at any time for reasons out of our control. This may be due to but not limited to any building damage, extreme weather conditions as deemed by TK Luxe, malfunction of equipment, power outage, etc. TK Luxe accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any person, equipment, or merchandise as a result of a cancellation. The Hirer indemnifies TK Luxe against any such claim, action, loss, or damage.
